Our Meat products are sent out Frozen

All our meat products are sent out frozen at -18 degrees C and packed with ice packs.  When you unpack your box it will usually still be frozen however due to the variation of conditions such as temperature, how long before you get home etc we can't guarantee that it will be fully frozen when it arrives to you.  If this is the case and it is even partially thawed our suggestion is to put it in the fridge or freezer and use it with a couple of days.
